Following the discovery phase and competitor research, Arounda moved to the design process — wireframing, moodboarding, UI concept development, and final UX/UI design. Explore each step further in our HR case study.
Wireframing
We created numerous high-fidelity wireframes with core functionalities to get a solid understanding of the platform’s structure, logic, and interconnection of elements.
Moodboard
Though Sinta already had a corporate style, our client didn’t like the colors. We selected and suggested a new palette and font, kept the existing logo, and created detailed moodboards for the platform’s dashboards.
UI/UX design for HR specialists
As part of UI/UX design, we created functionalities for HR specialists. Those included custom templates for each position, a question bank for interviews, and note-taking capabilities during and after interviews.
Candidates base
Candidates base
We made it possible to add a candidate manually or import their profile from LinkedIn. Each candidate has a status indicating at which stage of the interview they were, how they answered questions, and their positive and negative skills.
